How to use our budget simulator

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of different areas of the council. The list includes different services and the types of income there are.

When you’ve chosen a service or income to look at, you’ll find it broken down even further. You can select the 'i' beside each service or income source for an explanation what these cover.

You can choose to increase or decrease spending for each service, by moving the slider left or right.

As you make your decisions, you’ll be able to see what the consequences are and if you click on ‘More’ you’ll see further info on the consequences which will help your decision making.

Once you hit your target, you’ll be able to submit your budget for us to look at.
